Job Summary:

The Salesman is responsible for generating leads, identifying customer needs, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. This role involves direct interaction with customers to promote products or services, provide guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company’s products or services to customers

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

  • Keep records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve offerings

  • Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus

  • Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated and target-driven

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)

  • Valid driver’s license (if travel is required)
