Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand, products, and services. This role involves overseeing campaigns, managing marketing teams or vendors, analyzing market trends, and ensuring marketing initiatives align with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans

  • Manage branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.)

  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor analysis, and business opportunities

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging

  • Supervise content creation, including brochures, ads, web content, and social media

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize for ROI

  • Oversee the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of plans

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners

  • Organize events, product launches, and trade shows

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance for senior management


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role (typically 5+ years)

  • Solid understanding of market research techniques and digital marketing tools

  • Strong leadership and project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in marketing software (CRM, email platforms, analytics tools, etc.)
