Job Summary:

The Sales Manager leads and motivates the sales team to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and drive revenue growth. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, market analysis, and close coordination with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company goals

  • Manage and mentor the sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs

  • Identify new business opportunities and key market segments

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management

  • Collaborate with marketing to plan campaigns and generate leads

  • Ensure CRM and sales tools are effectively used and maintained


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior sales representative (typically 5+ years)

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
